I've known Maddie since I was a kid, and when I moved back to Fort Wayne we reconnected. Maddie and her husband Mitch are some of the most genuine and caring souls I know. Their little man is so full of personality and he decided we are now besties while I was there. It was a chilly Sunday morning in October, and a perfect day for a slow morning filled with coffee, homemade breakfast sandwiches and lots of coffee.
This senior photo session is quite special to me because David is my little brother. We’re about 12 years apart, so I can easily remember him being little and I can’t believe he’s a senior already. He is currently going through the process of enlisting in the Marines, and will be shipping off to bootcamp sometime this summer. It has been a dream of his for a long time, and I am very proud of him.
Noelle and I seem to have a tradition of going to a botanical conservatory every so often when we get together. We spent the afternoon catching up where we had left off over tacos and then explore my city of Fort Wayne, IN.
Here are a few of my favorites of this beautiful soul. You can see the lovely photos she look of me on her blog.
So funny story....A few hours after this shoot was finished Cassie’s water broke, and little Rosie made her grand entrance later that night. Cassie had told me that she thought she would be early and I told her that she just had to wait until after I did her shoot. I guess it was taken quite literally! They are both doing great and Rosie has the best family!
I had a lot of fun planning this shoot and I defiantly took some inspiration from the queen herself (Beyonce), but with my own style of course. Cassie looked so beautiful and who knew it would be her last few hours being pregnant.
